Notification and Claims
You must notify Invopak and the carrier where relevant within seven days of the date of the Invoice. Claims for shortages, damages and loss of items should be communicated to Invopak in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery. Shortages, Damages and Loss in Transit
The company will not be liable for shortages, damage or loss in transit unless you inspect the goods within three days of delivery. If you have used or modified the products, we are not obligated to accept a return request. Any remedy to the shortage, damage or loss shall be limited to Invopak’s option to the replacement or repair of any good which is proven to our satisfaction to have been lost or damaged in transit.
Customer Mistake or Changed of Mind
If the reason is not due to damage, loss or defect, and you have changed your mind or the items are no longer needed you can request a return and will be subject to charges. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery of your return request. You must return the goods within 21 days of delivery If Invopak collects the goods for you, there will be a collection and restocking charge which will be invoiced to your business. If you want to request a collection, this must be requested within 14 days of delivery. If you send the goods back to us there will be no collection charge but the restocking charge will remain and be invoiced to your business.
You must notify us within 14 days of your delivery date about the defective items, it is your responsibility to report defective items to us within this timeframe to qualify for a return. It is your responsibility to inspect goods on delivery. Failure to notify us within 14 days of delivery might result in a return request being denied. Items must be returned to us unused.
